1. General Promotion Terms

These Promotion Terms & Conditions apply to all bonuses, Free Spins, Cashback, Reload Bonuses, VIP rewards and other promotional offers provided by Golden777Nevada, operated by Lionsdor Ltd.

By claiming or using a promotion, players agree to these Promotion Terms, the specific conditions of the relevant offer and our General Terms & Conditions.

Promotions are available only to eligible players aged 18 or above, or the higher legal gambling age applicable in their jurisdiction.

Each promotion may have its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry date and maximum cashout. These conditions will be displayed in the relevant promotional offer.

Where a specific promotion provides different conditions, those conditions take precedence over these general promotional rules for that promotion.

2. Bonus Eligibility & Activation

Unless otherwise stated, promotional bonuses are available only once per eligible player, household or payment method where such a restriction is specified in the relevant offer.

Players must meet the qualifying deposit requirements and enter the applicable promotional code, where required, to activate a bonus.

Bonuses may be credited automatically or following activation, depending on the promotion.

The Company may verify eligibility before awarding a bonus and may refuse duplicate or improperly claimed promotional rewards.

3. Cash Balance & Bonus Balance

Bonus funds and bonus-generated winnings are subject to the applicable wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been completed.

Once the wagering requirements have been fulfilled, eligible bonus winnings become available for withdrawal, subject to the applicable maximum cashout and General Terms & Conditions.

Players may request cancellation of an active bonus by contacting Customer Support. Cancellation may result in the removal of the remaining bonus funds and bonus-generated winnings, as specified in the relevant promotion.

Players are not required to wager their own unused deposited funds solely to recover those funds, subject to applicable verification and anti-money laundering checks.

4. Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered before bonus funds or bonus-generated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in each promotional offer and may vary depending on the bonus type and eligible games.

For example, a wagering requirement of 40x on a €50 deposit means that €2,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed, where the promotion expressly calculates wagering on the deposit amount.

Only qualifying bets placed on eligible games contribute towards the wagering requirement.

Cancelled, voided or refunded bets do not count towards wagering requirements.

Any wagering contribution percentages, maximum bet restrictions and other applicable conditions will be specified in the relevant promotional offer.

5. Maximum Bonus Cashout

Unless expressly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion, the maximum cashout from bonus-generated winnings is ten times (10x) the original bonus amount.

For example, a €50 bonus has a maximum bonus-generated cashout of €500.

This restriction applies only to bonus-generated winnings and does not apply to unrelated winnings generated exclusively from real-money gameplay without an active bonus.

Any promotion-specific maximum cashout takes precedence where clearly disclosed before the bonus is claimed.

6. Welcome Bonuses

Golden777Nevada may offer Welcome Bonuses to eligible new players, including deposit-match bonuses and Free Spins.

The standard advertised Welcome Offer may include a 100% bonus up to €1,000 and 100 Free Spins, subject to the specific terms displayed on the promotional page.

Welcome Bonuses are generally available only to eligible new players making their qualifying first deposit, unless the relevant promotion expressly states otherwise.

The minimum qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, Free Spins allocation, expiry date and any additional restrictions are determined by the specific Welcome Offer.

Welcome Bonuses cannot be claimed multiple times through duplicate accounts or other attempts to bypass eligibility restrictions.

7. Free Spins

Free Spins are promotional spins awarded on selected slot games without deducting the applicable spin cost from the player's real-money balance.

Free Spins may be awarded through Welcome Offers, deposit promotions, loyalty rewards or other campaigns.

The number of Free Spins, eligible slot games, spin value, validity period, wagering requirement and maximum cashout will be specified in the relevant offer.

Winnings generated from Free Spins may be credited to a bonus balance and may require wagering before becoming withdrawable.

8. Cashback Promotions

Golden777Nevada may offer Cashback promotions based on qualifying net losses during a specified promotional period.

Unless a different offer is advertised, the standard Weekly Cashback promotion provides 7% Cashback on eligible net losses of at least €50.

Weekly Cashback is calculated according to the applicable promotional period and is normally awarded on Saturday at 00:01 CET, subject to the published campaign conditions.

Where the standard Weekly Cashback promotion applies, the maximum withdrawable amount is five times (5x) the awarded Cashback amount.

Cashback calculations, eligible games, minimum losses, maximum rewards, activation requirements and any wagering conditions will be determined by the relevant Cashback offer.

Cashback is a promotional reward and does not constitute insurance or a guarantee against gambling losses.

9. Reload Bonuses & Special Promotions

Golden777Nevada may offer Reload Bonuses, cryptocurrency promotions, deposit rewards, raffles and other limited-time campaigns.

Each offer will specify its bonus percentage or reward, minimum qualifying deposit, promotional code where applicable, wagering requirement, eligible games, expiry date and any maximum cashout.

Different wagering requirements may apply to Slots, Casino Games, Table Games and Live Casino.

Players must review the specific promotion before claiming the offer.

Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly permitted by the relevant campaign.

10. Fair Play & Bonus Abuse

Players must use promotions fairly and in accordance with the applicable game rules and promotional conditions.

Fraudulent activity, collusion, duplicate accounts, manipulation of bonus mechanics, exploitation of technical errors or deliberate attempts to circumvent wagering requirements are prohibited.

Building or accumulating the value of an in-game feature while a bonus is active and deliberately collecting that value after the bonus has been cancelled, removed or completed, for the purpose of avoiding promotional restrictions, is prohibited.

Where a promotional violation is established following a reasonable investigation, the Company may cancel the affected bonus and associated bonus-generated winnings, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Legitimate real-money balances and unrelated winnings will not be confiscated solely because a player has cancelled a bonus.

11. Bonus Cancellation & Withdrawals

Players may request cancellation of an active bonus by contacting Customer Support.

Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing the applicable bonus wagering requirement, the active bonus and associated bonus-generated winnings may be cancelled in accordance with the relevant promotional conditions.

A withdrawal request does not automatically invalidate legitimate winnings generated exclusively from real-money gameplay without an active bonus.

All withdrawal requests remain subject to the applicable VIP withdrawal limits, identity verification, payment checks and anti-money laundering requirements under the General Terms & Conditions.

12. Promotion Changes & Complaints

Golden777Nevada may introduce, amend, suspend or discontinue promotions, subject to applicable law and the rights of players who have already accepted an offer.

Material changes to an active promotion will not be applied retroactively in a manner that unfairly removes legitimate accrued entitlements.

The Company may investigate suspected promotional abuse and take proportionate action based on verified evidence.
